Rosa Mexicano Mexican Chocolate Festival w/free demo 9.25
This fall, guests can discover the diversity of cocoa with Rosa Mexicano’s annual Mexican Chocolate Festival, September 8 – October 3, with a free cooking demonstration on September 25. Chocoholics can savor dishes like chocolate and tequila-marinated Pork Belly Tacos and Chicken-Stuffed Corn and Chocolate Tamales, in addition to a decadent dessert and a frothy Mexican chocolate Rosa Mexiccino.
On September 25, Rosa Mexicano executive chef Dennis Lake will host a free cooking demonstration at Rosa Mexicano Riverside Square where he will share tips on how to cook with chocolate and its place in traditional Mexican cuisine.
