Fee: $5.00 per person, includes etched souvenir glass.
Imbolc marks the beginning of growth in the Celtic Calendar. It celebrates the end of Winter — and the start of Spring. During the month of March the vines are hand pruned, waiting for bud break in the spring. Last year's canes are removed from the plants and taken out of the vineyard. To celebrate the start of Spring, we will have a celebratory burning of last year's canes to mark the start of a new growing season in the vineyard. These are great days filled with great wine, food, family and friends. We hope you will join us! For more information contact us at www.4jgswinery.com.
