Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar Celebrates First Birthday with Events and Specials All December

Kick-Off Fundraiser on November 29 to Benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton

Clifton, NJ – November 22 – After opening the East Coast’s first Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar in Clifton last December to much fanfare, stellar reviews and packed crowds, Zinburger is celebrating its first birthday with several special events and offers during the month of December.

Here’s the plan:

  • On Tuesday, November 29, Zinburger will donate 20 percent of sales to the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton. For over 60 years, the Boys and Girls Club of Clifton has been providing daily programs and services, including day care, recreational and educational activities and social services for youth ages 2 1/2 to 18 in a safe, supervised environment.
  • On December 12 (Zinburger’s official birthday), guests will receive a free slice of pie with the purchase of an entree. A coupon, which can be downloaded at www.facebook.com/zinburgernj, is required for redemption. Guests can choose from Banana Cream or Chocolate Cream Pie.

Also, available during the month of December:

  • Special Birthday ‘2 for $30’ Menu – guests can choose from five entrees, three sides and a variety of beverage selections for two people. Dishes include the Zinburger, Samburger, Turkey Burger, Seared Ahi Salad and Chinese Chicken Salad. Sides include Sweet Potato Fries, Hand Cut Fries and Double Truffle Fries.
  • Birthday Cake Shake – a blend of vanilla ice cream, raspberries, honey, white chocolate, Three Olives® Cake Vodka, and Hornitos Reposado Tequila, topped with whipped cream, drizzled honey, sprinkles and a birthday candle. Cost is $8. Non-alcoholic version available for $6.
  • Bonus Gift with Gift Card Purchase – guests will receive a free Zinburger corkscrew with a gift card purchase of $25 or morewhile supplies last.

About Zinburger

The Zinburger concept centers on offering gourmet burgers combined with perfectly paired wine selections. The wine menu includes 21 varieties affordably priced from $5 to $15 a glass.

Signature burgers include the Zinburger (with Manchego Cheese & Zinfandel Braised Onions) and the Kobe Burger (with Vermont Cheddar & Wild Mushrooms). All burgers are made with Certified Angus Beef and ground twice daily.

Side selections include generous portions of Hand-Cut Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, Zucchini Fries and Double Truffle Fries. A dessert menufeatures eight old-fashioned, hand-dipped milkshakes and floats as well as homemade Banana Cream Pie. Popular-inspired shake creations includes Crème Brulee, Strawberry Cheesecake and Bananas Foster.

Zinburger offers a full bar and daily happy hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Jersey Shore Restaurant Week

A night out to dinner with family and friends can be most therapeutic. So why not do it during a time of good deals?

Diners should plan to take advantage of the annual Jersey Shore Restaurant Week – an upcoming effort organized by BestWeekends.com.

CUPS Frozen Yogurt to Open Second New Jersey Location in East Hanover on October 21

First 100 customers on Opening Day will receive a $10 CUPS gift card

East Hanover, NJ – October 18 – CUPS Frozen Yogurt, the beach-themed self-serve fro-yo concept, is opening its second location at 11 am on Friday, October 21 at 364 State Route 10 in East Hanover, New Jersey.

To celebrate the grand opening, the first 100 customers will receive a $10 CUPS gift card. Additionally, CUPS Facebook fans (www.facebook.com/cupsfrozenyogurt) can download and print out a coupon for free four ounces to be redeemed at the new East Hanover location. The coupon is good from October 21-28.

“After opening our first location in Clifton last year, we’ve had lots of requests from our customers to open a CUPS location in the East Hanover area.” said Rick Barbrick, President and COO of The Briad Group, and CUPS co-founder. “We are glad to be in East Hanover now and hope to bring more CUPS locations throughout the Tri-State area.”
